Gina Naifeh-Poindexter is a native Tulsan, who graduated from Will Rogers High School before obtaining her Associate Degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, where she was a member of the Tri-Sigma Sorority. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Nazarene University. Gina has reactivated her Oklahoma Real Estate Career and placed her license through Chenowth & Cohen Realtors. She also resides in the Virginia side of Washington DC, where she holds her real estate license in both Virginia and Maryland. No newcomer to real estate, Gina began her career as a young real estate investor in 1978. One of the first female Sales Representatives for Nabisco in 1976, Gina holds the distinction of tripling the sales of the territory in her first three months as a trainee. She began her real estate career working for Ted Sherwood Realtors helping friends and family with their real estate needs. She also held the position of Sales Representative for Airborne Freight Co, and US Cellular, and later opened her own successful cellular store as an agent for the carriers. Gina credits her success in business to having always followed the Golden Rule with her customers. “I treat my customers like I would want to be treated,” she says. “This has helped my business become referral only.” Gina has worked with both buyers and sellers on the same property. “If you are ethical, honest, have integrity and understand the privacy of both parties, there should never be any problems.” She is proud to say that most of her customers have become life-long friends. Gina is passionate about giving back to her community. She has been involved with many organizations and raised thousands of dollars for charities that are close to her heart. She was a member of the Homes for Heroes program, which helped with closing costs if needed for Firefighters, EMS, Police Officers, Healthcare Workers, Military Personnel, Veterans and Educators. She has chaired fundraisers to promote STEM Scholarships and fund the Children’s Science Museum. A full-time, full-service agent, Naifeh-Poindexter is experienced in working with both buyers and sellers as well as first-time homebuyers, and empty nesters. She is familiar with listings in the Tulsa Metro area, and all communities surrounding Tulsa. She is a member and serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Dulles Regional Chamber of Congress in Northern Virginia, a member of NVAR (Northern Virginia Association of Realtors), a member of GCAAR (Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors), and GTAR (Greater Tulsa Area Realtors). She received many awards while with US Cellular from 1990 through 1998 in Tulsa, as well as being voted Citizen of the Year in Chantilly, VA in 2013, and honored with the recognition of Best Realtor in Posh Seven Magazine’s Best of Suburbia.
